Baruch November

Today I am reading Baruch November’s The Broken Heart is the Master Key.
As is often the case, his book is available on the Bookshop.org affiliate page and is one I highly recommend.

How’s everyone doing today? I’m sure that like me you’re distraught about the attack on Temple Israel yesterday, which came on the heels of multiple synagogue attacks as well as a terrorist attack at Old Dominion University.
I find myself becoming quite emotional when thinking of the children who were in the synagogue yesterday, as well as grateful for those who risk their lives to protect our community.

I am sending out good thoughts along with a reminder that whether writing or reading-or doing both- poetry will provide some measure of comfort and strength.
